In the City

Klinderence pulled her cloak around her to cover up her multiple weapons and attire. Her dark auburn hair gave her a useful shadow to mask her face. She wasn't very sure where she was going, but she just kept walking.

A movement caught Klinderence's eyes. She frowned under her mask of shadows and turned in the direction the figure moved. She followed lazily as if just strolling through the city.

Klinderence watched from behind a large trash-dumping bin. Her eyes widened at the sight of two perfectly dark wings. He was one too! He wasn't normal either! She blinked away her anger, not wanting to attack if she didn't have to. But her demonic side yelled and screamed for her to go out and express herself. No. She'd just... wait.

Rain suddenly began to pour, drenching the fire out of exsistance. Klinderence slowly walked out from behind her pitiful excuse for a hiding place. Above lightning began to crackle and thunder screamed soon after. "I don't think I'd like to die," she replied, crimson eyes flashing darkly.

His voice made her even more desperate to attack. She pushed the rage away, not wanting to fall further into this already deep situation. Klinderence laughed at his question, a deep charming and yet stinging noise. "I'm no Arch-Angel. Far from it. No, I'm a Fallen Angel. Cursed worse than you."

"Who ever said I was hunting you?" Klinderence asked, all her rage boiling up at once. "Who said I wanted to be like my father? A monster? A betrayer?" She too unsheithed her weapons, two longswords to be precise. If he was going to fight her then so be it. The rain above her pounded down, making it hard to hear over the thuds when it hit the floor.

Klinderence didn't like being lower than others. She climbed swiftly onto the roof of the building that created the left wall of the alley. "Well clearly you believe this," she said sourly. "Clearly you are right. We do attack everything. It is rather hard not to want to see your blood on my hands."

"Because clearly I don't want to," Klinderence said in a strained voice as his level paralleled to hers. She took a step back, eyes blazing a sudden crimson. Once again she pushed the want to kill away. He and She were mortal enemies. No wonder she was having such a hard time.

Klinderence stared at him. She forced her breathing to slow so she would calm. "You think I want to be a bloody monster?" she asked, voice shaking in strain. Her shaking hands sheithed her weapons and yet the erge to slaughter him was still there. The pounding rain had now soaked her well through and yet it seemed to releave her.

Klinderence's first instinct was to attack. She yet again pushed it away and began backing away from him. She turned and began to run across the roof. The black tatoos on her back moved momentarily before outstretching to become large raven wings. The figure lept into the air and raced into another alley to calm the rage.

"You didn't attack him."
Klinderence let out a strained yell as a shadowed figure smashed into her and sent her skidding across the ground and into the street. She retracted her wings savagely fast. People walked around her, giving her odd looks. She retracted her anger burning against them. How dare they judge her! She couldn't help what she was! The teen pulled herself back up and re-entered the alley to look at her father. He was weak here on Earth, unlike her. "Get out of here," she hissed, "you have no right to walk on this world any longer."
"Do not talk to your father like that," the shadow growled, yet he retracted into the shadows and dissapeared.

With a cloak now folded around her, Klinderence walked out of the alley. Her shoulder was bleeding badly from the attack. She looked at the shops as her crimson eyes searched for a healer.
